Deploying Rails 4 to VPS

Hello!

I now have a VPS and I've been playing with it a bit. It is running Debian 7.0. I'm wondering how to set up my environment to deploy a Rails 4 app. I'd like to use Nginx with Passenger, Capistrano and RVM. Any good starting points?

I haven't gotten this up and running yet. I got most of the dependencies installed but I'm trying to do more research on Nginx then get something deployed.
