Hi Pete,

Further to my testing of the cloud masking options in ARCSI v4 could you explain how to set ARCSI to output the cloud probability layer alongside the cloud mask for s2cloudless please? I have the --cloudmethods S2CLOUDLESS parameter set, but there is no cloud probability layer output. I assume there should be a separate flag to set for this?

Also, if you are able to offer feedback on the other queries, relating to the S2LESSFMSK output, that would be great.

Thanks,

Pauline Burke

Hi Pauline,

There isn’t a flag for the probability layer from S2CLOUDLESS it should just be outputted when the s2cloudless option is selected.

Can you double check which version of ARCSI you are using? (arcsi.py --version). It should be 4.0.2

What were the queries related to the S2LESSFMSK output? That should be working OK I think.

Many thanks,

Pete

Hi Pete,

Thanks, yes using v4.0.2. I managed to output the probability layer by specifying an additional file output under the '-k' flag, I added as '-k clouds.kea clouds_prob.kea ...' alongside obviously specifying the --cloudmethods 'S2CLOUDLESS'. Don't know whether it might be possible for you to add this file specifier to the help guide and documentation?

Also, just a suggestion, but it would also be helpful if the selected cloud mask method could be included in the JSON metadata output.

Thanks again,

Pauline Burke
