What is TclNotifier ? why does it prevent ending a windows session ? I see a notification "this program is not responding. What is it ? Why was it started and why did it not end when Roverlog was closed ?

Also, if I want to restart Roverlog I see a warning "You are probably attempting to start RoverLog a second time. Don't do that." I am not starting a second time, in fact this dismisses RoverLog so it cannot be restarted. Rebooting the PC seems to be the only way to restart a RoverLog session.

I've never seen that before. Can you send me your roverlog.ini file? I'll try to reproduce it here.

Hi Tom,

I found a process called wishexec.exe running after RoverLog was closed. Killing that process allows RoverLog to be started again. So that answers one question but the issue of the TclNotifier is not resolved.
