Help with soldering

I purchased a kit to make a robot that will carry a shark fin around my yard, but I didn’t know I would need to solder the circuit board. Anyone willing to help me out with this? I would like to watch and learn, but I have never done this kind of thing before. I’m in Provo and on fall break through Tuesday.
