Literally just left the UPS store mailing my forks off for a cartridge kit … so I think I’m stuck with my 2012 XC for a while longer. Who needs heated grips or traction control anyway?

Heated grips...  Heated seats for the SOFT! That is what is wrong with this generation. When I started riding I had to buy electric gloves and electric jackets to ride in the winter. Like a real man! Traction control, let me tell you something laddie, that is not for the men who can control the throttle! Takes skill and guts to keep from hurdling yourself off into traffic when the back tire is moving sideways after hitting a puddle of oil pulling out of a gas station. Also underwear that is stain resistant! 

We were happier in those days, even though we were poor....
