For the OP, I've never used Big Bens to compare but Marathons are bricks. They will get you through the post-apocalyptic dystopia without many flats, but light and fun they are not.

I would choose the largest Big Apples that fit. I tour on 26” x 2.35 and they have been flat free (KOW) Steve
