Taking long time to do ML search. Is everything OK?

Hi,
Trying to generate a tree using RAxML.
I have 1090 alignments in my phylip file, each 532 long.
Doing 1000 rapid bootstraps. It took about 3 days to run all the bootstraps.

RIght now it's on the fast ML search.
How do I know it's not hung up on something / a crashed command?

I tried running this before with 1000 bootstraps and it got stuck up on bootstrap ~75 for a whole day and didn't make progress so I stopped it, deleted the fiels, and restarted. This time it finished the bootstrapping but isn't doing the fast ML search.

Hi,

you have used too many threads (25) for your short alignment, this has been discussed million times
on this google group and elsewhere.

If you absolutely need to stick to old RAxML, please use MPI version which offers coarse-grained
parallelization (again, it has been discussed at length in this group, please use search).

However, I would strongly recommend switching to RAxML-NG, in your case you should better use
coarse-grained parallelization with 5-10 parallel searches (eg "--workers 5"):
