[racket users] raise-user-error question

Hi guys.

Using Racket 7.8 [cs[, If I create a module called error.rkt with the following code
#lang racket

(provide foo)
(define foo (λ () (raise-user-error "foo")))

And then a module called error-test.rket with the following code
#lang racket

(require "error.rkt")

(foo)

And execute error-r-test.rkt I get the following

That's some internal error "uh oh, something's wrong ... print out some hints to help people debug!" message.

It looks like that's been fixed since, however as I don't see it in git build.
