Issue with copy-directory/files during v8.1 source build on mac running big sur

Getting a failing build with a bunch of `copy-directory/files: encountered path that is neither file nor directory` errors in my in-place racket git src build on tag v8.1.

An example file is `/Users/griswold/project/racket/racket/share/pkgs/gui-x86_64-macosx/racket/gui/MMTabBarView.framework`, so kind of a special bundle file on os x.

Is this a known issue with `copy-directory/files`? I've built source on my machine before but not for a couple months, and i think i was on os x Catalina last time.

Hm, i think this is just as simple as a missing file that something thinks is supposed to be there and not something more complicated with the filesystem or anything like that. Not sure why this is happening yet, though. I'm doing a full rebuild from fresh `git clean -fdx` and will send along the log when it fails again.

Everything worked. I think the strange state of my tree was caused by the issue in the previous thread. So there's nothing to say on this thread.
