Practice Release 6.2 is about to begin

The practice release announced back in January is about to
begin. I will create release branches on the main repository and
package repositories involved in the "main-distribution" package
tonight.

The purpose of this practice release is to test the new release
process, described here:

https://github.com/plt/racket/wiki/Release-process

The list of pkg repository managers (also linked from the wiki
page above) is here:

https://github.com/plt/racket/wiki/Release-repo-managers

This document does not cover the testing process, and I find myself wondering: will you still be creating test bundles?

Yes, the testing process will work more or less like before, and testing
bundles will be available at the usual place.
