Is the plt-edu mailing list down? I tried sending a message to plt...@racket-lang.org  and got back a delivery failure message. And going to http://lists.racket-lang.org/plt-edu  produces a Mailman error page.

Yes plt-edu is down due to a server crash. Sorry for the
inconvenience. We are working to revive it.
