Is this mail send by mistake or do you really expect that people take the effort to follow a link to an email when they don't know what is the topic.

Media breaks are annoying. If you want to protect your privacy you can sign up for a free protonmail account.

Sending mails via something like tutanota is annoying (at least to me) and I'look over those email.

If you are targeting specific users you can still send them a private message.
