What feature am I missing?

Hello, today I ran into a problem installing Qubes 4.0 on my PC. I got an error message saying I don't have IOMMU/VT-d/AMD-(something).

I have Asrock Z97 Killer 3.1 motherboard and Intel i5-4460 CPU. That CPU should have VT-d, right? What am I missing here?

Have you checked your BIOS settings? It was disabled by default in my case.
