ive been playing warzone on pc with the usb a spreadsheet because im playing with a cronusmax but today i got the zen i already updated did everything i set the emulator  output protocol to xbox 360 and when i switch  to the usb a a profile it doesn't work

We are going to need some more information.

The URLs of any spreadsheets involved would be really helpful.

Is the PC the gaming platform?

The XBox 360 for PC emulation mode is for directly connecting to the PC, and not anything else, like a CronusMax Plus or Zen.

Are you still playing the game on a PC or are you now playing on a console?

Generally the default USB emulation, or "Boot in PS4 USB mode" will work with devices like the CMP, CMZ, or T2.

Do not change the USB emulation mode after power up (like in a game file) when using devices like the CMP, CMZ or T2.

If the output port of the CMP/CMZ or T2 is connected to a PC to act as a game controller, it must explicitly be set to the desired controller output in their configuration program.

Describe the cabling.  What port is plugged into which port on the various devices?

this is the spreadsheet im using 

USB A - Google Sheets

Yes it's pc game its warzone you can use controller

Usb B is connected straight to the pc and i have usb a male to male  connected to a3 on the zen and the zen is connected via micro usb to pc

That spreadsheet looks ok.

Update your quadstick firmware to the latest.

Make sure you are following the CMZ instructions for use with the PC:  https://guide.cronusmax.com/systems/windows-pc

A3 is the correct port on the CMZ.

The only reason I don't bump it up is I don't want hundreds of "should I update?" emails.   Everything is going out the door with 2328.

Host mode must be off to use USB-A in device mode.  The quadstick will lock up and reset if that is tried.

Does the Zen work with a regular game controller?

Is the Zen output mode set to PC/Mobile or XBox 360?

Try running the quadstick as a DS3 controller (emulation mode 1). 

Add a row to the Preferences sheet for your game with "enable_DS3_emulation" with the value of 1.

In order for me to get my Quadstick to work with the Zen I enabled the boot in Ps4 mode on the Quadstick  and plugged the Quadstick in the A2 then you need a Xbox controller to plug into the A1
