quadstick for pc

I was going to buy it for mouse & keyboard. can it still work as mouse and keyboard if I order it for ps5 or should I leave it as none so it works for pc? I mostly need it for pc but if I order would functionality change ?

What is the very *first* thing you will plug it in to?  That is what you want to be the default configuration.

For PC's, the console selection does not matter.  

All quadstick's ship with the same set of configuration files.  They are just named differently so it powers up ready to work as a mouse or a game controller, but you can quickly switch it to another configuration in a few seconds for the other host.

Bluetooth module:

Bluetooth module can function as a generic gamepad, mouse & keyboard, or as a serial connection for relaying voice commands. It will connect to Windows PCs or Macs, iOS and Android devices. It will not connect to a game console or other type of Bluetooth device.

An alternative to the Bluetooth module’s serial connection is to use a USB serial adapter with the IN jack.

The Bluetooth module is not required for most users. Historically only about 15% of users have used it. The parts are in very limited supply which is why it is now optional.

The Quadstick is primarily a USB device.  It has not battery, so it always needs to be plugged into something.

The Bluetooth can be used as a mouse and keyboard, but the USB channel performs better.  USB updates 1000 times per second.  Bluetooth updates 15 to 20 times per second.

So, to use Bluetooth; I'll have to connect to let say my laptop, then Bluetooth search on my phone for remote ?

It needs USB power from somewhere.  A laptop probably makes the most sense.
