How are you doing?
As per the eCQI e-Specification of this measure, it is supposed to have 2 strata
Stratum 1 - Patients age 3-11
Stratum 2 - Patients age 12-17
It has 3 performance rates that to be reported for each strata.
Patients who had a height, weight, and body mass index (BMI) percentile recorded during the measurement period
Patients who had counseling for nutrition during a visit that occurs during the measurement period
Patients who had counseling for physical activity during a visit that occurs during the measurement period
However according to https://github.com/CMSgov/qpp-measures-data/blob/master/measures/measures-data.json#L11735, you are defining the performance rates as the strata and there is no mention of the strata as required by e-specified version of CMSv155v5.
