We found some discrepancies in measure data in QPP Measure Data Repository

-For CMS155v5 we see discrepancies of Strata in "human readable" and "QPP measure repository". Which one is correct?

In human readable we see 2 STRATA (Stratification) as  below:
Report a total score, and each of the following strata:
Stratum 1 - Patients age 3-11
Stratum 2 - Patients age 12-17

But in QPP measure data repository in below link we see, for QPP 239(CMS 155v5), 3 STRATA as

 - Percentage of patients with height, weight, and body mass index (BMI) percentile documentation
 - Percentage of patients with counseling for nutrition
 - Percentage of patients with counseling for physical activity

Similarly we have discrepancies for QPP 305 i.e. CMS137v5 as well.

Which one should we consider?

The 'Stratification' section in https://ecqi.healthit.gov/system/files/ecqm/measures/CMS155v5_3.html refer to reporting strata, whereas the strata that the QPP Submissions API collects are performance rate strata. For the 2017 performance period, the QPP Submissions API does not support reporting stratifications.

The 3 performance rate strata listed in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CMSgov/qpp-measures-data/master/measures/measures-data.xml for CMS155v5 match the three rates described in the 'Description' section of https://ecqi.healthit.gov/system/files/ecqm/measures/CMS155v5_3.html
