Friends,

I've just uploaded pywws version 25.10.0 to PyPI.
https://pypi.org/project/pywws/

This includes updates to the MQTT service (from Mark Jarvis) and a new
BlueSky service (from Henry Collet).

Hi Jim,

I would be very interested to see more about the Bluesky service.

Looking at all the documentation, I cannot find any reference to it at all. Have I missed looking in a vital place?

Kind regards

I need to do some work to get the ReadTheDocs online documentation up to
date. Meanwhile you can do 'pydoc pywws.service.bluesky' to get a
readable, but not pretty, version of the docs. (You may need to install
'atprototools' first, using 'pip'.)

Hi again Jim,

That link doesn't work for me, but no worry, I will wait until you update the online documentation. Once that happens, I may update my Raspberry Pi, as it is currently running on a very old Pi2, although it is actually still working, but may not now be powerful enough.

Kind regards, and thanks for all the work you do with PYWWS.

Regards

Phil

I didn't post a link, I posted a command you run on a computer with
pywws installed. (Although it's as likely to be 'pydoc3' as 'pydoc'.)

Anyway, I've got the RedTheDocs build working now, so the bluesky docs
are at https://pywws.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/pywws.service.bluesky.html

Hi Jim,

Many thanks for the update. Looks very interesting, and I will have to study it in depth, and will probably order a new Pi3B+ to run the updated version, as I suspect my poor old Pi2 won't manage it.

Thanks again
