Clean out the large files in the PyMKS repository

The PyMKS repository is huge at the moment and it's really slow to
clone. What do you think about doing this?

It seems like a solution, but will require users to do a fresh clone
of the repo. It might be a good idea to do this before many more
developers come on board.
