[PyCon APAC 2022] 0703 Catch-Up Meeting - Meeting Minutes

We will have following promotion tweets about warm-up events in our Twitter (https://twitter.com/PyConTW). Please help to share our following tweets if you are available.

If we have urgent things we need to catch-up, we will have another meeting before the PyCon APAC 2022. Otherwise, this is the last catch-up meeting before APAC 2022.

Hi fellow organizers,

As discussed in the meeting, we have a few events that we might need your help to make it better.

1. Community booth

• We'll have virtual community booths at our gather town venue. You can submit this form https://forms.gle/f696uYfEszoYRVNo6 if you're interested.

2. Kiwi PyCon Magazine

• This year we'll have one page (two sides) for introducing PyCon APAC 2022. But we want to include PyCons in the APAC area as well. If you have anything you'd like us to add to the magazine, you can add the content to the "What's new about PyCon in APAC area" section in https://hackmd.io/rSKoyV9oRKuQkVBLDfs8XA?both#What%E2%80%99s-new-about-PyCon-in-APAC-area. Due to the length limitation, we might remove some of the content.

3. Bundle pass

• We're going to have a Kiwi PyCon X PyCon APAC bundle pass and still looking for new cooperation opportunities! 

4. PSF membership promotion booth

• Many of our staff or participants might not know PSF membership well. We're thinking of having a virtual booth to promote it, but not sure we have the bandwidth to do it on our own. Would be great if anyone's interested in helping out.

Since I brought this up during our last call, I can help to manage the
booth. Maybe at least another person with me will be best.
