deploy servers on cloud other than aws

I need to deploy some linux servers on a private cloud. I see only aws and other public cloud deployments in the puppet doc.
How can I deploy servers in my environment.

If you use openstack or vmware you could try foreman for deployment
and puppet for configuration.
