Trouble resolving gtfs.translink.ca

Hello!

Since 11:06am PST on Dec 4, I've had trouble resolving gtfs.translink.ca from Google Public DNS from a Linux VPS located in Seattle (tds.xyz). I'm currently experiencing the same failure from my Macbook in Orlando. The problem appears intermittently; hitting the resolver several times sometimes produces an okay result before reverting to failure. Other resolvers (Cloudflare, Level3) do not return failures.

From my browser, reload-spamming dns.google.com/resolve occasionally returns a failure like:
