to PTP and GMYC species delimitation
Dear all,
I created a tree file using BEAST, then opened it with FigTree and saved a Newick tree. I want to run GMYC. It has been running for hours without any errors; however, there is no result.
Could you please help me if there is any error with my file?
Thanks a lot,
Mehdi

The input tree for GMYC needs to be ultrametric, this does not seem to
be the case here though.

Also, the taxon names can maybe not be parsed so I would replace
complicated names like '......' -> taxon1 etc.

The branch lengths in scientific notation may also cause problems.
