to PTP and GMYC species delimitation
Hello,

I have been trying to use the bPTP webserver for a class but none of my tries seem to be working on the server, including my last tests using the newick input file given as a usage example ("https://species.h-its.org/static/img/example.tre").
job id : 13980

Am i doing something wrong or is there a general issue with the webserver ?

Thank you for your help :)
best regards,
Paul

Can you please send me the example tree?

Does the tree work with mPTP ?

Maybe it would be a good idea to use mPTP but not as web-service but as
command line program which might even be better for teaching purposes?

Just a suggestion of course,

Alexis
