Problem with job id 9383

Dear All 

I am facing issue with the above mentioned job id. The server gives an error as ' Something is wrong, please check your input file'. Please help me with what could be the error and how to resolve it.

Can you please share your input tree?

It must be a strictly bifurcating tree in Newick format!
