Hi,

I've been getting an error when trying to run my analysis - " Something is wrong, please check your input file; if this problem occurs again, please contact us with the id of your job".

My job id is: 123364

I ran a previous file that worked fine to check if it's my file, but then it gave the same error. Was there a recent update?
I'm uploading the file straight from the PhyML analysis. Also tried to use a converter to convert the file to a newick one but still no luck.

Thanks,
Karla

Dear Karla,

There have not been any updates, so maybe something is wrong with the
tree file, could you send it to me please such that I can have a look?
