Problemas de actualizacion en mi PC.

Hola,

Tengo un problema con el software en mi computadora de escritorio, no se actualiza, esta trabada en la version 12.16  y no se actualiza, me sale un mensaje que no puedo entender. Sin embargo con la licencia que tengo para mi laptop ahi sin problema se actualizo a la version 12.19.

Como soluciono este problema por favor?

and download and install PTGui Pro 12.19

Hola,

Sigue dando el mismo problema.

Es la segunda vez que reinicio y da exactamente lo mismo. No se actualiza. 

Adjunto imágenes. Me quedo en espera.

[PTGui Support]

You seem to have two copies of PTGui on your computer, one is probably
in C:\Program Files\PTGui. The new version you have installed in
D:\PTGui. You may have a reason for doing so, but it will not overwrite
the old version if it was installed in a different location.

You can start the new version by opening an Explorer window and go to
D:\PTGui. In that folder you will see the PTGui application you just
installed.

Perhaps you know someone who is proficient in Windows who can help you
with this?

You could also remove all copies of PTGui from your computer. Then
install the latest version.
