Hi David,
Thin dual fisheye cameras like the Theta Z1 or the insta360 (non-Pro)
can be stitched easily.
One shot 360 cameras are great for action shots. But if the scene is
relatively static (landscapes, hotel rooms, real estate) I would instead
recommend using a regular camera with a fisheye lens on a panoramic
tripod head. Shooting 4 images is not much extra work and the quality
and resolution will be much better. And it's easy to keep the
photographer out of the picture.
