Hi Alexander,
Having different masks in overlapping bracketed images is not designed
to work. That's why linking the images will also copy the masks.
What you could try is the following: in the Create Panorama tab output
'HDR: HDR blend planes' and 'HDR: HDR panorama'.
Choose HDR file format: Photoshop Large (psb).
You'll get a layered photoshop file with 32 bit HDR layers. The bottom
layer is the blended and merged panorama. On top of that are the blend
planes at the same reference luminocity. The top layers have a black
layer mask (everything is hidden). In photoshop you can paint on the
layer mask with a white brush to reveal content from a specific blend
plane in the areas where ghosting occurs.
