I'm not aware of any major issues in the current beta but I cannot
guarantee that you will not run into any. But then again the same holds
for PTGui 10.
Be aware though that projects created by PTGui 11 are not compatible
with PTGui 10. You can export to PTGui 10 but the panorama would need to
be re-optimized in PTGui 10.
In general projects from PTGui 10 will be rendered identically in PTGui
11, you might consider using just the PTGui 11 batch stitcher. There are
a few specific incompatibilities, mostly limited to mixing landscape and
portrait images in the same project. And the calculation for the optimum
output size has changed but that should not affect batch rendering.
