PHASE ONE IQ4 RAW FILES SUPPORT

Hello,

I just downloaded your trial software; when I want to work with my Phase One IQ4 Raw files, I get an error message that those files are unsupported format.

Please tell me whether your product supports Phase One IQ4 RAW files.

Hi Victor,

Could you make one of your files available for download?

It seems that LibRaw (which PTGui uses for raw decoding) supports your
camera, but PTGui doesn't recognize the file extension.

If you could share a file with sup...@ptgui.com I'll take a look.

Hi,

Those are around 80MB files. You only allow 24MB files.

Please share the file with sup...@ptgui.com. If you don't already use
dropbox, google drive then wetransfer.com might be the simplest way.

Since you are using a Phase One, I assume that you are aiming for
maximum image quality. In this case, use a dedicated raw converter to
convert to an appropriate image format. If you use raw files directly in
PTGui, you cannot utilize the full potential of raw files. Also see

I also use PhaseOne, the ixH in my case.

I would suggest that much better would be to use CaptureOne to process and export as tiff.

CaptureOne does the "best" job of debayering and supports the colour editing/adjustments you probably need.
