Hey there,

I'm on the latest beta, trying to undistort a DNG from INSTA360 and

1. The cropping circles don't line up automatically, one one of the two hemispheres it's really large and I have to manually shrink it

2. It's not stitching properly! Not sure why. Here is what it looks like, any thoughts, I've done a lot of work with a theta z and know my way around PT GUI really well so not sur what I am doing wrong?:Screenshot 2020-12-02 095216.png

I work on a pretty big TV show and would love to give this baby a spin on set for HDRI work!  Thanks!

Hi Stephan,

It works fine here when I load a DNG from the Insta 360 One X2 into
PTGui 12 beta 14 or PTGui 11.31.

Maybe your DNG is somehow different, could you make it available?

Another thing to check is whether you have changed the default settings
in PTGui. To reset it, do File - Reset Default Project Settings. Also
check the Lens Database and Camera Database if there's an entry which
might cause problems.

Kind regards,

Hey there, sorry I was out of town and just got this email.  I figured it out. I had to go in to the appdata folder for PT GUI and wipe my lens database and rebuild it.  Apparently it was from an earlier beta version where I tried to manually punch in the camera lens, and it wasn't overriding  in PT GUI, even though it said it was)... just in case anyone else has this error.

Thanks!
