I recently installed the latest version of ProTools and the latest version of flow tools. Now, I just realize that the accessibility feature of KK is no longer working. I had a similar problem with a previous version of ProTools. I deleted or uninstalled the Facebook plug-in but that didn’t help. Has anybody else encountered this problem with the latest version of pro tools? Any advice on what I should do? Thanks for the help

Just an FYI that there are several FB360 plug-ins to delete. If you just deleted one, that won't do the trick. You can also use the uninstaller, for what it's worth.
HTH,

Hello all!

The FB360 uninstaller app no longer is provided in the current Pro Tools installer.
Or did I miss anything?

Best! / Martin

If it was ever installed on a system, there would be an FB360 Workstation in the Applications folder. Inside, the Uninstall application should be there.

No, I didn’t have the uninstaller either.

I am pretty sure I used the uninstall app. However, there’s still a folder in the applications folder with the name of that plug-in. Also, when I open ProTools, the FB 360 plug-in still appears under one of the folders. I can’t remember which one. So, it seems that it didn’t uninstall. Now, I cannot find any uninstall app anymore. Should I just delete that folder in the applications folder? is the FB 360 plug-in the only thing that would causethe accessibility feature of KK not to work?

Deleting the folder in the Applications folder won't affect the fact that a plug-in is still showing up. Upon future updates, it might even reappear. There are several plug-ins to get rid of. If you're doing it manually, go to:
Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins and see what other fB plug-ins might still have been left behind. The Uninstall application essentially just automates this process. HTH,

Also, BTW, I know of no other conflict that would cause KK not to speak. If you can hear the system voice (and it might be worth testing that), you should hear KK speech.

Thank you very much for those instructions. That did the trick. The system voice is now working under KK.
