Some selection keyboard shortcuts not working after OS and PT update

My apologies, as I am unable to locate my notes on how to resolve this issue...
After updating to OS 10.15.7 and Pt 2021.6 and reinstalling Flotools
2020.5, it seems as if some shortcuts are no longer working.
For example, SHIFT+OPTION+L will report number of selected tracks, but
when double-tapping the same combo, it does not toggle selection of
the tracks.
Also, the built-in PT shortcut CTRL+P and CTRL+; do not appear to move
the selection and VO does not announce any changes in track selection.
If anyone could help me get back on-track, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello Alex!
Did you go through the "Pre-Flight Checklist for Pro Tools, Mac OS and VoiceOver" and also the "Troubleshooting for Editing in Pro Tools"?
Both in the PT Dropbox folder "Documents for Setup and Troubleshooting".

Actually, I was wondering where those checklists were located. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the dropbox folder.
