Hello Slau and others!

I just installed the MBox Pro 3rd generation on another Mac mini 2017 (same
specs).
Here the warning regarding security & privacy occured and the button to open
the system prefs was there.
After pressing that button the settings for security & privacy opened and
that's it.
Checking all categories under "Privacy", no item to allow or accept.
And so the same result on the second mac.

My idea now is the os version.
The soundcard driver is for Mojave 10.14.4 and I'm running 10.14.5.
Could that difference cause the issue?

Best! / Martin

If memory serves correct when you get the notice during installation the accept button you are looking for is usually right on the general tab that it comes up showing. You shouldn’t have to switch to the privacy tab.

Hi!

Strange, the general tap only showes all the password stuff...
Avid is going to call on Monday for a remote session.

Yes normally it will but when you click on it during an installation the new app is the last thing in that window with the accept button just before the part that ask you to lock/unlock the window.

OK, I will do that again.
Last times when reinstalling the security message didn’t appear and so I did not check the setting in the system prefs.
I will do it again and let you know.

Hey man!

I do not belief. You made my day!
After the new driver installation I checked the security settings before clicking the last button (restart) of the installer.
And guess what? The allow button was there.

Many thanks…
