How do you select a track so you can quantize it?

Assuming you mean midi, select the track as you would any track, select all on the track and press option 0 to go to the quantize dialogue. With audio theres other things involved. Hope this helps.

Is there something that I’m doing wrong, or something that I need to toggle on or off?
