weird issue.

when trying to get into the settings for protools latest version it shows up as dimmed, also a few of the other menus show up as dimmed, I am running MACOSX 13.2.1 ventura, 32 gb of ram, 3.2 ghz six core processer intel i7 iintergraded grapics 521 ssd.
I am not sure what is going on here but I would like to know what can be done to get this to work correctly.
the version of protools i have is 2022.4.0. Which I believe is the latest version of protools. I have the protools studio monthly subscription.

Ron,

We already discussed this, you and I several times. You have to have a session open. You can't just be in the dash with no session open. This is normal behavior, if that is the case.
