Not seeing Protools 2019.5

Morning all,

Just wondering if anyone this side of the pond (I'm in Ireland) has seen version 2019.5 land in their Avid master account yet? I'm not seeing it here yet, and before I contact Avid to see if it's an issue with my update plan etc. I said I'd ask. I have a current upgrade support plan, so I should be seeing it.

I can’t find it either. On top of it, I have upgraded to Moharvey. I hope I can still access ProTools wel.

Hi Nick,

I eventually had to ring Avid in the US and get them to download it for me. They sent me instructions, but I wasn't seeing it. It's probably there, but it's hard to find.

If you have a support/upgrade plan, ring Avid and just have them remote in to your machine and sort you out.
