PS: Adding content in a big session

Hope, I got you right...

In the Edit Window:
0. Make shure, that the edit mode "Shuffle" is active (F1).
1. Deselect all tracks. Using Flo Tools double press of Shift+Option+L will do it for you.
2. Select all desired tracks with one of the common methods.
3. Move to the beginning of the session by pressing Entr.
4. If the main countr is set to "Minutes/Seconds", make a 5 seconds selection by pressing the NumpadSlash 3 times and type NumpadComma Numpad5 NumpadEnter.
5. Chose "Insert Silence" from the Edit Menu and you should be done.
Don't forget to deselect the tracks.

Heelo, i have a sesssion with 75 tracks. I need add a piece of 5 seconds to one of this, is there a way to nudge all the tracks 5 seconds to maitain the aligment of the all sessions? I am reffering if I can do it in all tracks at the same time instead landing in each one and do it one by one.
