Hello all!

I just started performing a fresh install of Pro Tools 2019.6 and all other
software.

After installing the iLok manager, Pro tools2019.6 Ultimate, the First Air
Effects/Instruments and XPand, I continued by installing the Avid Complete
Plug-In Bundle.

Next part will be the Air Instruments Expansion Pack 3 Complete Upgrade.

Do I have to install all the instruments that already came with the Avid
Complete Plug-In Bundle?
Or is it enough when installing only the additional ones?

Will further Structure Free, Structure, Vacuum and Vacuum Pro coexist?

Thank you! / Martin

Hi Martin,

The Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle does not include any instruments. The Complete Plug-in Bundle is only comprised of effects. Whatever is in your account, you can certainly install and then continue on with the AIR Expansion Pack. Hope that helps,
Slau

Hello Slau!

Oh sorry, maybe I mixed up the First Air Instruments with the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle.
The documentation on the Avid website is not very clear about the complete bundles content.

Regarding to Boom, DB-33, Mini Grand, Velvet and Xpand I was wondering if I could install the plug-ins out of the AIR Instrument Expansion Pack 3 over the existing ones out of the First Air Instruments Bundle.

And Furthr if Structure Free, Structure, Vacuum and Vacuum Pro will coexist or become overwritten.

Best! / Martin

Hi Martin,
There's no specific need for you to install the Avid versions of those particular plug-ins. The AIR Expansion versions are more recent but it does absolutely no harm to install the Avid versions first, if you'd like, but there's no reason that I can think of as to what you'd gain by doing it that way. HTH,
Slau
