Prometheus to syslog streaming

Hello,

    I am new to Prometheus, and currently doing a task of researching on whether Prometheus will fit for our product.

 In our case, the metrics will be consumed by GUI and also has to be streamed out using rsyslog. 

 Basically, we want to send the same metrics which are pulled by Prometheus over syslog. Note that I am not taking about rsyslog_exporter (https://github.com/soundcloud/rsyslog_exporter), rather I want the reverse of this.

 Is there are a plugin or a standard way to do this?

 Or do I have to write a daemon which periodically queries Prometheus and do the Syslog streaming?

You need to write a remote write adapter [1] that would convert
Prometheus samples to Syslog messages.
