Adding the prometheus logo to the react ui

Hi,

Since that is an importand change, I want to check with this list if
everyone is ok with the change:

I would like to add the Prometheus logo to the react web UI:

Preview:

Currently the logo is only in the favicon.

The logo link is broken in the deploy preview. Did you mean:

"./prometheus_logo_grey.svg" -> "/prometheus_logo_grey.svg"
