privacyIDEA 2.10 released. User registration and password reset.

Hello,

yesterday we released privacyidea 2.10.
The main features are user registration, user password reset, token
wizard and the Email/SMTP Server settings have been improved.

Cornelius, first of all, thank you for the release!
Could you please provide the recommended upgrade steps in Ubuntu 14.04 environment?
I know about http://privacyidea.readthedocs.org/en/latest/installation/upgrade.html?highlight=upgrade but there's no info about which packages to upgrade or not quite straightforward about using "migration scripts"

of course the debian package takes care of all this.
Just run apt-get upgrade.

...some people might have more complex installations and workflows. This
is one of the reasons for getting a support contract!
