Hello PPO Board-
The newsletter and chipper flyer is printed and in my mail cubby at 738 Loma Ct. Below is the distribution assignments.
Bob- Loma Ct. & outer Palomar to Pebble Ct.
Jeff - Palomar loop
Chris - Lower Palomar below the US Mailbox .
Joe - Montalvo and Loma Rd.
David - Scenic and associated side streets.
Lexi - mail to Edgewood cooridor.
Thanks everybody and if you can’t handle your route please contact another Board member to handle it for you.

Denise - Distribution along Outer Palomar from the Pebble gate to the intersection of Palomar and South Palomar, including Loma Court, has been completed. The Chipper program announcement banner has been placed on Nola’s fence - thanks Jeff.
All - The newsletter is delivered flat t to you. It needs to be folded and scored and the one-sheet chipper program flyer inserted before distribution. Thanks for all for timely attention to this need. - B

J - Thank you, great job. Might there be a chance to redo the name sign for one of our own on this next run? There name same for David Nieh, Loma Road, was apparently misspelled in the original iteration. David, please confirm how it should read.
Jeff - Have you had a chance to speak with Julie regarding the replacement of the signposts posts at the Y? His original quote was $1,600 including new plywood backing where needed, plus painting/staining and you believed that was too expensive. I look at it as a "stitch in time…”. Follow through. Bob,
I do not have the tools to make a name sign. I spoke with Julio. He says (and I agree) that the large signboard at the lower Y needs almost complete replacement. The backing plywood (holding the name signs) has dry rot and is falling apart.

Hi All -
Adam routes the signs and we usually give him all the boards needed and he does them all. Many of the boards we need to take down will be blank on the back side and we have been routing new names that way.
How much is Julio’s quote for the main sign board replacement ?

Jeff, I wasn’t t suggesting that you redo the sign for David :-), but rather it becomes part of the next batch that Adam does. We can probably reuse the flip side of the current sign for David and Charlotte.
As for the South Palomar Signpost itself at the Y, he’s, complete replacement is what Julio and I agreed upon for his $1,600 estimate. I strongly encourage we have him proceed with that work before the sign falls over and does more damage. - B
