Nightly snapshots were broken

Hi Everyone,

To anyone who has been using the nightly snapshots on portaudio.com: we
recently discovered that the contents of the snapshot archives were not
being updated, and had not been updated since some time in August 2025.

Hopefully this is now fixed (as of last week). This issue is tracked at:
https://github.com/PortAudio/portaudio/issues/1143

Nightly snapshots were frozen at August 2025 [fixed] #1142
