We are about to start a project to look at how a large redevelopment
project will impact our city and how we can soften that impact - highlight
opportunities of the impact and learn from it.
If I can be pointed in the direction of similar work done or being done in
NZ we can learn from - I know there are many examples from overseas as
well - but our best first step is to find those within our borders for a
start.

Thanks, am really just looking for documented learnings from other cities around NZ that have had major redevelopments happen so we may possibly avoid some pitfalls.
