[ENTRANCE] [VOTE] [CC] PER Coding Style

[Chris Tankersley]

As the sponsor for this PER Working Group, I hereby call an entrance vote for the PER Coding Style.

The purpose of this PER is to migrate PSR-12 to a living document under the new PHP Evolving Recommendations structure. This will allow the coding style recommendations to more quickly integrate new syntax features provided by the language.

This vote has been concluded. 8 CC members officially cast a vote, although I could consider the Sponsor starting the vote an implicit +1 as well. In either case the quorum is met and the vote is an unanimous acceptance of the first PER in FIG history!
