I randomly decided to try Ab Ripper X from memory tonight. I only remembered 7 of 11 exercises, didn't do them in the right order, and probably could not have finished the whole thing if I had remembered it. Might be time to get back on that work-out train. Any of you nancies still super-duper-jacked?

Had to cut my running season short due to injury (meh) so I've been getting extra soft. Also got really into yoga for a few months, but can't do that either. Should be back in bidness just in time for sub-zero temps, so on the plus side lots of Vaseline and spandex to look forward to.  

I know Bill is kicking ass with running, I think he's doing a half this weekend.

I am overweight and have not done anything resembling working out in weeks beside playing a game of softball here and there. Gotta get back into riding to work, eating better, the whole deal. Maybe next week...

i've got a 5 month old and 2 jobs. i've been stress eating hard core, and havent done anything physical besides driving a manual transmission. oh well.

Oh yea almost forgot, I got a sweet parasite during draft weekend and evacuated all matter from my body for a week so I lost a bunch of weight doing that. Highly recommend.

have been bagging really hard on working out, put on a solid 5-10 lbs since zach was born
 
i am definitely interested in starting something up again.  I was thinking a very watered down version of Insanity or P90x.  What I had in mind was taking just the first month of either of those two and spreading it across two months.  Factoring in the rest day it translates to 3 workouts/week at about an hour each, for 2 months.
 
been trying to get this started for about a month, but lack of motivation, excues, etc. prevented that.  Def could use a workout bud or two to do this with, any interest?

I might be in for a watered-down P90X. I checked out Insanity very briefly and decided it looked like way more cardio than I'm interested in.

I'm also pretty sure I'll be cancelling my el-cheapo gym membership because I've almost completely stopped going. Looking into more expensive places that have their own daycare centers so we can go whenever and just bring Emmy along rather than stranding one of us at home.

here is p90 phase 1 only.  basically what's on the table is the following:
 
spread weeks 1-4 over 8 weeks  (3 workouts/wk)
stretch x = rest day
yoga x = do it, or substitute any other vid of your choice (not ab ripper or stretch x)
 
start next week?  be done by Nov 8th.

First day Sunday or Monday? I think I might actually keep Yoga, ditch Kenpo, and do Ab Ripper on the off days. Maybe every other off day.

first week starts monday.   you have all week to do three exercises but you MUST be complete by sunday evening. your choice which days.
 
oddly enough i was considering swapping out yoga for kenpo x

I was ready to go this morning until I realized I don't have any of the videos on my computer. I think I transferred them to an external hard drive. My link to Bill's Bulging Biceps Bonanza doesn't work any more either. It would have been a good idea to check all of this before I dragged myself out of bed at 5:30am.

Anyone interested in doing a half or full marathon in Philly on 11/17?

i completed my first half marathon yesterday and I will be doing my first full marathon then. Only 9 weeks to go.

face time with the ceo, which is probably a good thing. she's on this work out kick, so she has people doing pushups and shit once a day.

I am at 11.61 of my 15 GB for all Google products. If you want to ship some bills i will increase my space and share p90x also.

I know skydrive has a file size restriction, does anyone know if Box does too? if not i can share them there.

kev, ziedler and i decided to do p90 since insanity was too much cardio.  if you want to do insanity instead that's fine, same rules apply (must complete 3x exercises a week, first month spread over 2 months).  I may sub out some of the p90 for insanity actually.

Well, I figured out where the videos are... they're on Susan's ultra-crashed, barely-even-boots-in-safe-mode laptop. I do still have the guide, so I'll just use that tomorrow morning. Nothing like starting out a day behind!
