The title says, "Battle for Bangladesh." Intriguing! Are we talking about 1971? If not, who are the contenders or opposing parties in this battle?

And who the hell Sumit Ganguly is to comment or fix Bangladesh's identity issue? Is it difficult to understand who's tune he is singing? Is it also not pathetic that some Bangladeshi origin lunatics are dancing to the tune?

First, when did Ziaur Rahman usurp power?

Second, when did Ziaur Rahman use religion to legitimize his authority? Even if he did, do you or your  Avtar/"philosopher" Ganguly think he should use Hinduism or Secularism (which itself is a faith, as you once said) for 90% Allahwala Muslims of the country? 
I have not read Ganguly's article but would definitely like to see the arguments he had forwarded to justify his point. In fact, it is the Awami regime, or more specifically Hasina, who destroyed the Bangladeshi identity and the country's harmonious social fabric by an over enthusiastic application of anti-Islamic agenda (at India's behest) in the name of Secularism. Look how a community with only 8% representation enjoys 25% public jobs at the cost of the vast majority!

Third, if Islam played a part in the running of country with 90% Muslim what problem you or Ganguly has? Haven't you observed the large banner of La Ilaha Illalla...above Hasina's head? Ganguly should better confine himself to Modi and his Hindutva. 

I said it before and say it again, you guys need immediate visit to a psychiatrist.

Joining brothers and sisters. I have to say a few words:

I wanted some respite for Madam Farida Majid (FM), even I had a that kind of plea to the community, a few days before! 

Alas, FM remains in the fallacy/dilemma of "Jahaa Bahanna Tahaaii Tippanna." She needs more research about what makes an identity of Nationalism--such as for Bangladesh and/or Bangladeshi. 

Banaglism is our racial identity, not a nationality, in which case Bangladeshi(sm) is more perfect than Bangalism--as we see that in real cases of being American and/or Americanism, British, German etc.,--- made up by people of different races and ethnicities. So, is (and should be) the case for Bangladesh and Bangladeshis too--made up by different ethnic/racial groups, such as Chakmas, Saotals, and Bangalis, who are majority. Mujib made the mistake asking Manabendra N. Larma to be a Bangali that created the CHT insurgency!

FM forgot that Shahbag "Kashundi" (odd-pickle) had turned not only sour but also bitter for her "Hassuppa," since it became a boomerang for Hasu herself. Making an example from a mobbish madness (Shahbag) also can make people doubtful about her state of wisdom! How can FM claim to be respectful to the lawfulness as well as to a fair/neutral judicial system? Does FM see, what the once-non-judicial acts of Sinha has earned him ultimately!  Who are Gangulis? Are not they (Indians) the beneficiaries of break-up of Pakistan, which gave them the opportunity of exerting Indian hegemonism (a case of neoimperialism) thru' people like FMs and Hasu, who is the present instrumental to that end? I hope that FM would be consistent in her state of mind, that-- in one case she understands Modian madness, but in another case, she does not understand the sub-continental Hindutva game of creation of Bangladesh (as both regional and global cases), consequences of which have long been giving us new realization (I am sorry to say, in Bangla saying: "the fool needs more a shove than a wise advice!" In another proverb: "An intelligent person aims at wise action, but a fool starts off in many directions"). I pray for her that: May Allah bless her with the Straight Direction!             ZA

It's sickening to see Farida Majid's pro-hasina-BAL postings, always shamelessly borrowed from other qaowa and murgi and swami-istri BALs. She is not only fake and fictitious but also, worse, crack and clogged. She has nothing to say on her own or of her own. Is she empty of thoughts and ideas and intellect of her own. Surely she is. She always depends on others to make a crazy and crooked appearance. She is in the habit of eating from the plate of other hasina BAL Awamis, equally deranged and dishonest. The title says, "Battle for Bangladesh." Intriguing! Are we talking about 1971? If not, who are the contenders or opposing parties in this battle?

And who the hell Sumit Ganguly is to comment or fix Bangladesh's identity issue? Is it difficult to understand who's tune he is singing? Is it also not pathetic that some Bangladeshi origin lunatics are dancing to the tune?

First, when did Ziaur Rahman usurp power?

Second, when did Ziaur Rahman use religion to legitimize his authority? Even if he did, do you or your  Avtar/"philosopher" Ganguly think he should use Hinduism or Secularism (which itself is a faith, as you once said) for 90% Allahwala Muslims of the country? 
I have not read Ganguly's article but would definitely like to see the arguments he had forwarded to justify his point. In fact, it is the Awami regime, or more specifically Hasina, who destroyed the Bangladeshi identity and the country's harmonious social fabric by an over enthusiastic application of anti-Islamic agenda (at India's behest) in the name of Secularism. Look how a community with only 8% representation enjoys 25% public jobs at the cost of the vast majority!

Third, if Islam played a part in the running of country with 90% Muslim what problem you or Ganguly has? Haven't you observed the large banner of La Ilaha Illalla...above Hasina's head? Ganguly should better confine himself to Modi and his Hindutva. 

I said it before and say it again, you guys need immediate visit to a psychiatrist.

Thank you, Jalal Bhai, for exposing Farida Majid's political stand as well as her lack of consistency of thoughts. It seems that she will not change. Some time ago, she displayed a picture in her Facebook, which was of a small group of Nirmul Committee members, including herself, with, of all persons, Obaidul Quader, the great kauwa (crow), as the chief guest! Those who are lackeys of fascists are themselves anti-people, as simple as that. She is a supporter of Indian hegemonism as well, and the supporters of Indian hegemonism are national traitors in Bangladesh. She has circulated an Indian writer's article of 2013 in support of the India-BAKSAL conspiracy of the so called Shahbag Movement of 2013 against Bangladesh and against Islam, with most ugly, obnoxious and vulgar attack on Islam. As soon as this attack was exposed, the whole fanfare, organised with huge amount of money and Biriyani among the Awami supporters, nose dived straightway. Down with these conspirators!

It's sickening to see Farida Majid's pro-hasina-BAL postings, always shamelessly borrowed from other qaowa and murgi and swami-istri BALs. She is not only fake and fictitious but also, worse, crack and clogged. She has nothing to say on her own or of her own. Is she empty of thoughts and ideas and intellect of her own. Surely she is. She always depends on others to make a crazy and crooked appearance. She is in the habit of eating from the plate of other hasina BAL Awamis, equally deranged and dishonest. Everybody says she is confused, never in her right frame of mind. It seems she is of irregular and asymmetrical outlook and inner being. Fie! fie! FM radio smells odious.

The title says, "Battle for Bangladesh." Intriguing! Are we talking about 1971? If not, who are the contenders or opposing parties in this battle?

And who the hell Sumit Ganguly is to comment or fix Bangladesh's identity issue? Is it difficult to understand who's tune he is singing? Is it also not pathetic that some Bangladeshi origin lunatics are dancing to the tune?

First, when did Ziaur Rahman usurp power?

Second, when did Ziaur Rahman use religion to legitimize his authority? Even if he did, do you or your  Avtar/"philosopher" Ganguly think he should use Hinduism or Secularism (which itself is a faith, as you once said) for 90% Allahwala Muslims of the country? 
I have not read Ganguly's article but would definitely like to see the arguments he had forwarded to justify his point. In fact, it is the Awami regime, or more specifically Hasina, who destroyed the Bangladeshi identity and the country's harmonious social fabric by an over enthusiastic application of anti-Islamic agenda (at India's behest) in the name of Secularism. Look how a community with only 8% representation enjoys 25% public jobs at the cost of the vast majority!

Third, if Islam played a part in the running of country with 90% Muslim what problem you or Ganguly has? Haven't you observed the large banner of La Ilaha Illalla...above Hasina's head? Ganguly should better confine himself to Modi and his Hindutva. 

I said it before and say it again, you guys need immediate visit to a psychiatrist.
