Hello from Sardinia and Skylark,

My 18 year old ENO Gasgone oven has a couple of problems. I am wondering
if there are any gas experts in the group.

1. The electric piezo spark generator went on the fritz several years
ago. I replaced the suspect part, but nada...I just use a BBQ lighter.

2. I have attached two .mp4 short videos. One showing all three burners.
The big one on the left and the small one in the middle are fine, but
the burner on the left is a problem, when cold starting, I have to hold
the control knob for longer than 10 seconds or it goes out. Then the
fingers of fire take forever to completely fire up.

If anyone has any suggestions for replacement or what part(s) to
replace, I would be grateful.

Thanks,

George/Skylark

Not an expert. But I have fixed a couple of gas appliances.
I found this generic ENO parts diagram online. https://penguineng.com/content/Eno_2_Burner_No_Grill_with_Oven.pdf
Part #71 is the burner thermocouple.
I think your difficult burner needs a new thermocouple, that would explain why it takes so long to heat up before you can release the knob. It might also explain the wavering flame.
While you have the burner disassembled to replace the thermocouple you could also clean or replace the burner jet.

Thanks Guy,

My propane system was installed  to ABYC standards and all the safety
accessories are tested and maintained regularly.

I didn't install it myself and I know very little about the mechanics.

This "bad" burner is the one that was used the most often. I am curious
to learn how difficult it will be to access the thermocouple and change
the jet.

Looks like you'll have to take the top tray off of the stove to access the thermocouple at the burner and where it connects to the control valve.
